Cinema at the Museum

In cooperation with the Salzburg film cultural center DAS KINO, the Museum der Moderne Salzburg will show a film program on the topics of hunger, nutrition and sustainable agriculture from September to December 2021. The films are intended to raise awareness of the seriousness of the situation and at the same time encourage people to take action. One film will be shown three times per month on one day. Starting off:

David Gross and Georg Misch, Wastecooking (AT, 2015, 80 min.)
The trained Salzburg chef David Gross cooks creative dishes from food that ended up in the garbage on his journey through Europe.
