Salzburg International Summer Academy of Fine Arts

The Salzburg International Summer Academy of Fine Arts and the Museum der Moderne Salzburg will begin collaborating on a new format in 2024. Over two months in the summer, exhibition spaces in the Rupertinum will be transformed into an experimental, open laboratory for students and teachers of the Summer Academy. This laboratory will act as an interface between works from the Museum’s collections and the latest sound art practices.

This format, whose working title is “Soundlab”, will result in the development of sessions to be performed every Thursday evening in the OK BAR in the inner courtyard of the Rupertinum.
