The Museum der Moderne Salzburg cordially invites you to the opening of Ernst Caramelle. Figures of Thought at the Generali Foundation Study Center at the Rupertinum.

Ernst Caramelle is one of the leading figures of Austrian conceptual art. The exhibition focuses on his long-standing engagement with the artist’s book and places it in dialogue with his early photo series Video Landscapes (1974). At its core are questions of perception, image production, and the relationship between idea, medium, and reality.

At the opening, Harald Krejci (Director), Jürgen Tabor (Curator), and further distinguished guests will speak.
