Opening "Why Are You Creative? By Hermann Vaske"

The Museum der Moderne Salzburg is pleased to invite you to the opening of the exhibition Why Are You Creative? By Hermann Vaske.

What makes an idea a good idea? What defines the genius of creative people?

For more than thirty years, filmmaker and author Hermann Vaske has posed these questions to some of the most influential writers, artists, scientists, activists and thinkers of our time. More than 1,000 have responded—some with handwritten notes or short statements, many with drawings or artefacts, some concise, others extensive, some deeply personal, others delightfully bizarre. The Rupertinum presents a selection of the funniest, most surprising and most thought-provoking responses from Hermann Vaske's unique collection.

At the opening, Harald Krejci (Director) and other distinguished guests will give welcoming remarks.
